You can check your revalidation date by logging into your NMC online account. If you have not yet registered for an online account please register here.

Revalidation is your responsibility. Please ensure that you are aware when you are due for revalidation and have allowed enough time for the process to be completed. If not completed in time you might not be allowed to practice and it can take a few months to re-register and be allowed to practice.
